A Full-Service Medical Group, is looking to hire a bilingual Medical Appointment Scheduler with excellent customer service skills!
The Medical Appointment Scheduler provides exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers, has excellent computer and communication skills. Duties include scheduling patient appointments, answering phones (multi-line), insurance verification, and other duties.
Pay Rate: $21.00 hr.
Shift: Monday – Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
City: Huntington Park, CA
Medical Appointment Scheduler Job Requirements:
- 6 months minimum experience with high volume appointment scheduling experience
- Medical Appointment Scheduler experience in a clinical environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is required
- COVID & Flu vaccinations required to start
- High School Diploma is required
