As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, draft correspondence, and prepare key materials. You will support board and committee activities by tracking RSVP's, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling logistics such as venues and catering. Additional duties include overseeing the organizational inbox, managing mail between offices, ordering supplies, creating forms, updating contact lists, and supporting internal meetings.
Pay Rate: $30/hr Shift: Monday – Friday – 8:00AM – 5:00PM Location: Culver City, CA
3+ years' of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Experience creating PDF fillable forms and managing calendars
Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential
Experience with building management systems, travel booking, and meeting coordination
