A Full-Service Medical Group with multiple locations, is searching for a Medical Assistant with Back Office experience that can start ASAP! Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! 

The Medical Assistant will assist and support the physicians and medical staff by performing patient care duties to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients. Duties include greeting patients, assist provider during exams, take patient vital signs, EKG’s, utilize computer to record patient’s data and other duties as assigned. 

Must be comfortable working at their other sites, Dorsey High School LA, Crenshaw High LA, two Hawthorne locations, but will be based out of their Western Site. 

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Shift: Monday – Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM – 1:00PM (rotating Saturdays)

Medical Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year Medical Assistant experience in a clinical environment
  • Medical Assistant certificate/diploma is required
  • Phlebotomy certification a plus
  • CPR certification
  • Proficient with computer and EMR software’s
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • High School diploma 
  • Must be flexible to work at other site locations will not travel same day. But may be scheduled to work out of Lennox (Hawthorne), LaBrea, Dorsey High and Crenshaw High
