Leading non-profit medical group in Los Angeles is searching for a Bilingual Patient Service Representative to join their group.

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a commitment to serving our diverse patient population. As a Patient Services Representative, you will greet and assist patients, handle patient intake, manage inbound and outbound calls, process authorizations, schedule appointments and check patients in and out, and assist with billing inquires.
 
Pay Rate:  $24.00/hr.
Shift: Monday – Friday – 8:30AM – 5:30PM

City: Los Angeles, CA (Echo Park)

Patient Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • 2 years Patient Service Representative experience in a high-volume office
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish is required
  • Knowledge of the insurance verification process, with experience in verifying insurances, especially Medi-Cal/Medicare/HMO
  • Proficient with EMR software’s and MS Office Suite
  • High School Diploma
