Leading non-profit medical group in Los Angeles is searching for a bilingual Patient Services Representative to join their team.
This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as a commitment to serving a diverse patient population. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, registering patients, verifying insurance eligibility, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records in EHR system.
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr.
Shift: Monday – Friday – 8:30AM – 5:30PM
City: Eagle Rock, CA
Patient Services Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Patient Services Representative in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
