Let me relate my first experience with Essential Legal Staff. I needed a paralegal (or so I thought) for our law firm specializing Insurance Defense. Naturally I went to a trusted consultant that I had used before. I have been working with Nikki for about 8 years. I know that if I call even rarely, Nikki treats me like I am her largest customer. As we started working through the process of finding a paralegal, one of our attorneys quit. So, the paralegal was put on hold. Soon thereafter, we were looking to replace that attorney. The search turned into a two pronged search which is an undertaking for this small law office. Then the partners decided no additional paralegal was needed, but we still need to replace the attorney.As true as her professional friendship is, Nikki and Essential Legal Staff never wavered. I knew I was taking a job away from them, but like always, Nikki adjusted and found us exceptional applicants. Here’s how I know the applicants are exceptional. We placed an ad while Essential Legal Staff was trying to fill the position as well. With 8 interviews from that ad and 3 interviews from Essential Legal Staff. The applicant we chose came from Essential Legal Staff. We know that the applicants from the ad come with no fee. But, still want the best applicant and Essential Legal Staff provided us that service.
During the process, my partners asked if we should try a different staffing company. I said no way. Like our Law Firm, a company is only as good as the people that work there and care about the company. And Nikki cares. She treats me, and I assume all of her customers, like they are family and she wants the best candidate for me whenever I call.
