State-of-the-art technology and committed to providing excellent patient care, an Orange County Medical Practice is looking for an experienced, highly organized Medical Receptionist to join their team.

Medical Receptionist with experience in EMR software’s, managing insurance and authorizations, handle patient co-payments, able to answer phones, schedule appointments and have excellent customer service skills.   Position is located in near the 5 freeway and surrounded by great shops and eateries!

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00/hr. DOE
Shift: Approximately 3-4 days a week(M, W, Th, F) approx. 6-8 hrs. per shift(s) 
Location: Mission Viejo, CA

Receptionist Requirements:

• 1-year Medical Receptionist experience
• Knowledge of NextGen or any EMR system
• Understanding of various insurances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
