Position: Sales Executive
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (remote opportunity, however need to be located in or around the Dallas-Fort Worth area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 CST
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 base DOE, Plus Commission
Key Responsibilities of Sales Executive:
Prospect Identification:
Utilize market research and data analysis to identify potential client companies that require staffing agency services.
Prioritize decision makers based on their level of influence and relevance to your sales efforts.
Sales and Client Acquisition:
Promote and sell our staffing agency services to existing and prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
Business/Job Order Generation:
Generate business/job orders from clients and prospects.
Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Fee Agreement Negotiation:
Negotiate fee agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with the management team to set competitive pricing strategies.
Client Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Regularly check in with clients to assess their needs and provide proactive solutions.
Exemplary Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software (e.g., HubSpot).
Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
